Medical Screening software
The first step for any CRO to start off with its clinical and preclinical studies is that of subject registration and screening. Maintaining transparency and subject safety is one of the prime concerns of any CRO. Sarjen’s Medical Screening software supports biometric subject registration and recognition to ensure subject safety while conducting a study and in turn ensures quality in subject enrollment process.
Almost all CROs follow generic screening to make sure subjects (those participating in a study) are available for BA/BE study participation. Sarjen's Medical Screening software ensures that medical screening records (MSRs) are captured using the software and retrieved whenever needed. Both, subject registration details and MSRs are also available in a PDF format so one can submit the same to the sponsor.
Such electronic MSRs not only save the cost of paper, but make the screening process extremely smooth and transparent to regulatory authority/s. The software is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant and has full access control with a complete audit trail of user details.
The software can be interfaced with clinical laboratory management system to import clinical laboratory reports associated with the screening records of the subject.
